President and Owner
Becky Rafferty serves as president and owner of MSquared Talent Solutions. She has over 22 years of progressive human resources experience providing strategic leadership in her previous roles as vice president of talent management, director of compensation and HRIS (human resources information systems), compensation consultant, director of human resources, and foreign service human resources officer. Becky has a master’s degree in healthcare administration, human resources focus from Colorado State University, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration, management and organizations focus from University of Iowa. Her passion and expertise lie in organizational growth and development, improving business operations through the people that drive business success.
Becky grew up on a family farm in Milton, Iowa where her parents instilled a strong work ethic and passion for helping others succeed. She currently lives in Swisher, Iowa with her husband, James, and two children, Maggie and Molly, who are the inspiration behind MSquared.
Lindsey Hotz serves as a human resources consultant with MSquared Talent Solutions. She has over 16 years of human resources experience covering all aspects of HR including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and benefit administration, compensation analysis, training and development, employment law and compliance, employee relations, leave administration, performance management, leadership development, and wellness program development. Lindsey has a bachelor’s degree in business management, human resources focus, and training and development in business certificate from the University of Northern Iowa.
Lindsey spent time growing up in Clear Lake, Coralville, and Mount Vernon, Iowa. She currently lives outside of Lisbon, Iowa on a family cattle farm with her husband, Jeremy, and three children, Lillian, Tucker, and Holly. Her husband works for his family’s insurance agency, and personally understands the dynamics of and challenges faced by small, family-owned businesses.
